Backpack Ministry
This in-house ministry supplies food for elementary students in the Somerset School District over the weekends. To contribute to this program click on the online giving tab on our home page. Choose the Backpack Program when giving online. The funds will be automatically deducted and sent to the Backpack Program per your instructions in the link.
Camp Christian
Camp Christian, in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Mountains, is set aside for the purpose of exalting the divine Son of God and Savior of all who believe in and obey Him. Their objective is to provide a place and an opportunity where Christians of all ages can be still and know who God is.
His Place Ministries
Their mission is to overcome poverty and trauma together with communities transformed by God’s loving care.
Mountain Mission School
Nestled in the Heart of Appalachia, Mountain Mission School provides a Christ-centered home, first-rate education, and loving family to thousands of at-risk children from all corners of the globe. They do 40 loads of laundry per day for their residents. It help with their laundry costs you can put money in the laundry detergent containers in your Sunday School Class or at the information station or you can donate through our online giving link.
Next Step Center
The Next Step Center is an emergency shelter for Somerset County Residents.
Rapha International
Rapha International provides aftercare for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and abuse and family preservation programs in vulnerable communities.
Shepherd’s Heart Fellowship and Veteran’s Home
Shepherd’s Heart provides worship services, a drop-in center, and transitional housing for our homeless veterans in the heart of Pittsburgh.
Meals On Wheels of Somerset, Inc.
Meals on Wheels delivers a hot meal Monday through Friday to Somerset’s senior citizens to extend their independence and health as they age.
Los Gozosos
Los Gozosos is a ministry in Guatemala that serves as a home specifically for disabled orphaned children rejected by homes for normal children AND children whose impoverished families cannot take care of them because of their special needs. Their school is for children who cannot gain access to an education in the over-crowded Guatemalan public school system due to their disabilities or the ridicule of other students.
New Hope for Orphans Cambodia
New Hope for Orphans is a Cambodian Christian organization. They have many Children’s Homes around the country that provide shelter, daily meals, education, counseling, medical services and medicine, dental care, physical therapy and spiritual development through God’s word to orphaned, abandoned and extremely poor children in Cambodia.
Foundation For His Ministry Mexico
For over 55 years His Ministry has focused on making disciples in Mexico by providing a safe place for children to grow and flourish and introducing people in the communities we serve to the hope found in Christ.
